Colorado West Estate Planning Council Summer Service Project
We are excited to be hosting our second annual Colorado West Estate Planning Council Service Project!!
We are so grateful to Ryan Mizushima with Edward Jones who will be graciously sponsoring our food & beverages! Thank you Ryan Mizushima for your sponsorship!
We will be helping Food Bank of the Rockies to provide meals to our neighbors in our community!
Schedule as follows:
- Time: 4:30 pm -7 pm
- 4:30 pm – 6 pm: volunteering and orientation | 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm: Food and Drinks provided in the Warehouse
- Program: Food Bank of the Rockies and Meals on Wheels representatives will speak for a couple of minutes on partnership and work that both organizations do in the area. Feel free to include family members, colleagues, and friends! The more the merrier!!

All group participants must be signed up 1 week prior to the volunteer shift (by Wednesday, August 21, 2024)

- As a part of the event registration process, each person must accept the volunteer agreement and waiver.

- Click on the shift on the calendar, then check the box next to the event name that pops up on the page.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Sign Up to Volunteer” to register for the event.
- Once you have created an account and registered for the event, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
Food Bank of the Rockies requires every member of the group to register individually under the specific group and event. This registration process allows each volunteer to accept our waiver ahead of volunteering and will allow them to track their volunteer hours with Food Bank of the Rockies.
