CWEPC Spring Membership Meeting
Letitia Maxfield of Trust & Estate Advocates, LLP. This topic will focus on the real world tensions, conflicts and quagmires that both fiduciaries and their legal counsel must successfully navigate during the estate and trust administration process. Using Colorado’s probate code, new trust code, case law and ethical opinions as a road map, the presenter will illustrate how to avoid the pitfalls that confront you and your client, the “Fiduciary,” in everyday scenarios.
